What does one credit buy?: One credit turns one article into audio, with the embeddable player and read-along highlighting included. The Free plan comes with 5 credits, Basic adds 5 every month and Plus 20.
How much does yearly billing save?: Basic is $9 billed monthly or $90 a year ($7.50 a month), which saves $18 a year. Plus is $25 billed monthly or $240 a year ($20 a month), which saves $60 a year.
Do unused credits roll over?: Monthly plan credits reset each month and don’t roll over. Credits you buy separately are valid for a year and aren’t affected by resets or plan changes.
Can I get more credits without upgrading?: Yes. On any plan you can buy 10 extra credits for $10 as a one-time payment. They’re used only after your plan’s credits run out.
Can I change or cancel my plan?: Upgrades take effect right away, with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. You can cancel from the billing portal at any time, and your account moves to the Free plan.
