About Voxi.fm

Voxi.fm is a SaaS service that provides AI voice generation, transforming articles and other content into lifelike audio. The service is operated by Mochi Digital AB.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Voxi.fm, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Voxi.fm for personal or commercial purposes under the following conditions:

• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts.
• You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted, and may be deleted.
• You must not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws.
• You must not attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the service.

Payment Terms

We use third-party services for payment processing and account management. We use Clerk for user authentication and Stripe for handling all billing and subscriptions. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Please review Clerk's and Stripe's terms and privacy policies for more information.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. There are no refunds for partial months of service, but we prorate upgrades and downgrades.

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that have been inactive or that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

We delete your data 30 days after a subscription expires, if we detect no more activity from you. You will receive email notification before any such action.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all content you submit or generate through Voxi.fm. You must not:

• Use the service to generate audio for content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
• Generate content that is hateful, abusive, or harmful.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
• Use automated systems to abuse the service or circumvent usage limits.

Intellectual Property

The Voxi.fm service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Mochi Digital AB and is protected by international copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not claim ownership of the content you submit or generate through Voxi.fm.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mochi Digital AB or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Voxi.fm, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Voxi.fm after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Voxi.fm shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
